New healthier me!

So, found out along with the diabetes, I know have high cholesterol. So, I am now working out and watching what I eat!

I started doing Zumba at the YMCA everyday and LOVING it! I also do eliptical for 30 minutes then strength training and tread mill. I already feel more energized and am really looking forward to seeing the results!

I started taking a series of vitamins to get my body at a good spot and they are really helping me. I have taken them religiously! Natures farm is awesome! Lots of ideas for snacks and even dinners.

I have been getting a head ache after working out everyday. I so wish I could figure out why. Well, I will keep everyone updated on the progress...
